Zuggus is a transparency platform that provides AI-powered product research and connects brands with engaged consumers. We facilitate partnerships between brands and consumers based on honest, unbiased information.

3. User Accounts

• Only approved brands and internal team members may create accounts • You are responsible for maintaining account security • Account credentials should not be shared • Zuggus reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Brand Partnership Terms

• Brands must provide accurate product information • Zuggus will conduct independent AI research on all products • We show both positive and negative findings equally • Brands cannot influence or edit research findings • Payment terms are agreed upon separately in partnership agreements

5. Intellectual Property

• All Zuggus branding, code, and designs are intellectual property of Zuggus Technologies Pvt. Ltd. • Brands retain ownership of their product information and brand assets • User-generated content may be used for platform improvement

6. Prohibited Activities

Users may not: • Provide false or misleading information • Attempt to manipulate research findings • Engage in spam or abusive behavior • Violate any applicable laws or regulations • Reverse engineer or copy our technology

7. Limitation of Liability

Zuggus is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for: • Product performance or quality • Business decisions made based on research • Third-party content or links • Service interruptions or data loss

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
